Has traveled to several destinations in the Alps, for example, Chamonix, St. Anton, Engelberg, Cervinia, Canazei and more. The mountains in Serre Chevalier are very voluminous for opportunities to ski off-piste. I mean the area is probably top 5 compared to the ski resorts I have visited.
The slopes are well prepared and at high snowfall, not all slopes are prepared. This provides excellent conditions for skiing in loose snow both on the slopes and outside.
Really recommend this valley to anyone who wants to explore their skills with slalom, randonee and telemark.
The price level for food and drink is slightly above average for the Alps but is still very affordable compared to my home country Norway
